accommodation in a mini-hotel

• CHECK–IN TIME is from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. local time.
• DEPARTURE TIME (CHECK–OUT TIME) is up to 12 o'clock local time.
• The cleaning time in the rooms and premises of the mini-hotel is from 12 to 14 o'clock local time.

The guest is charged an advance payment – the full cost of the stay on the day of arrival. In case of pre-booking, the guest can cancel the stay free of charge until the day of arrival. The guest will be charged the full cost of the stay if cancelled after 14 hours on the day of arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out will be charged in the following order:
- no more than 6 hours before/after check-in time /check-out time - payment for half a day;
- from 6 hours before/after check-in time / check-out time - payment for a full day.
Guests are required to observe silence from 22 to 10 o'clock and from 13 to 15 o'clock local time.
Fines in the amount of the market value of the property are charged for damage to the property of the mini-hotel.

IT IS FORBIDDEN IN THE MINI-HOTEL:
- smoking;
- finding people who do not live in a mini-hotel;
- accommodation with pets.

FOR VIOLATION OF THE RULES OF ACCOMMODATION, THE MANAGEMENT OF THE MINI-HOTEL HAS THE RIGHT TO EVICT THE GUEST AT ANY TIME WITHOUT REFUND OF THE PAYMENT FOR ACCOMMODATION.
